Schonox VD Universal Primer 10kg
Schonox VD Universal Primer 10kg, is a universal acrylic primer.
For use prior to apply Schonox underlayments. On porous and non porous substrates in interior areas.
Suitable for pre-treating on walls and floors. Of course, following the recommended dillution rates.
Also, it is designed to improve bond and bind residual dust. This product is suitable for use where underfloor heating is present.

Material consumption/coverage: 50 – 80 g/m² depending on absorbency of the substrate, applicator device and mixing ratio.
Also the waiting time is approximatelly:
– 10 minutes on cementitious substrates and with calciumsulphate based Schonox levelling.
– 15 to 30 minutes on non and low absorbent substrates.
– 2 hour on wooden substrates and chipboard.
– 24 hours on calcium sulphate substrates, if cement based levelling compounds are used.
Also, Schonox VD is suitable as a primer for reducing absorbency.
Moreover, as a primer it improves adhesion on smooth and sound substrates.
